Italians are machos; Italians are aggressive towards women; Italians judge women only from their bodies; Italians are womanizers; Italian women: at home with kids. IT IS ALL WRONG! Berlusconi, once again, shows the world how wrong you are, my foreign friends. As you can see, Italian women can even be employed in the Italian parliament. If they have the right “qualities”
Mara Carfagna is the minister for Equal opportunities under the 4th Berlusconi government.
German humor from “Bild”: “Carfagna will hoch hinaus – auch in der PO-litik”
… those Germans …
Finally, a movie showing the right quality of our sexy minister.

Yesterday I connected to Windows Update. The Express Update option gave me the possibility to install the 3rd Service Pack. I don’t know why, but I felt worried about it. I didn’t install it: the picture comes from another website. Did you do it already? Did you install it on the eeePC too? After it:
1) everything was working better than before
2) like before
3) the pc crashed.
What was your experience?

Pigs are virtual reality best friends. Medicine students in many USA universities will not practice the first incision on pigs anymore. Through the last 14 years, 90% of Medicine universities switched from animals to computer simulations. Maintenance costs, difference between pig and human bodies and maybe some ethical pressure made this possible. Of course not all Universities agree with this decision. The famous John Hopkins center, for example, still uses live animals for practice. “No amount of book learning, lectures or computer simulation can substitute for the experience of working with living tissue, and the unpredictability and bloodiness of real surgery“, said Johns Hopkins’ director of surgery. We will see if death rates will increase in USA hospitals or not …

God bless who created the Image Stabilizer. With a 300mm objective and without a tripod it is really difficult to keep the camera stable (for me). Click on the 2 post pictures above to see the difference between two shots, with or without IS. Do you know how the IS works? Do you know if it is normal to “hear” it when the shot button is half a way pushed to focus the object?
Watch here a 70mm to 300mm extension on the 450D …
