В газете “Corriere della Sera” нашла ссылку на новый самолет президента России. Пишут, что “орешки не простые, все скорлупки золотые”, то бишь раковина из массивного золота и краны тоже. Cooperation vs. competition

You already know what happens in human beings. Millions of sperms fight each others to reach the egg first. At the end, usually only one will make it to fertilization. In the most intelligent animals on this planet, that means rodents, sperms are more cooperative. PlosONE recently published a research showing the function of the typical hook on rodent sperms (in the post picture): rodent sperms attach to their companions and form trains of sperms which reach the target faster than single sperms. A nice example of positive cooperation.

History revision

This is what I thought after watching the movie Baader, about the life of R.A.F. chef, Andreas Baader. R.A.F. was a terrorist movement active in Germany during the ‘70s. The movie represents those terrorists like alcoholics, drug addicted car robbers. On the other side, German police is managing the situation in the same way a good father would control his rebel son. I red the real R.A.F. story on the net, and of course it is completely different. The conclusion is: Internet was again the only free way to get objective information. Hopefully Internet will remain free for a long time.

A simple question

What an Italian, a German, a Swiss, a Russian and two French people do in Switzerland in the week end? They go skiing on the Titlis, of course! Nice weather, nice snow, nice time! Are you the next?

Affascinante Antonio Marziale

 

AGGIORNAMENTO AL POST ORIGINALE (che trovate dopo il corsivo):

La mia sottostante critica alla professionalita’ di Antonio Marziale, scritta piu’ di un anno fa (Gennaio 2007), era dovuta alle omnipresenti volgarita’ trasmesse dalle reti televisive italiane, malgrado (!) la presenza di un Osservatorio per i diritti dei minori. L’ intervento di una collaboratrice di Antonio Marziale mi ha fatto pensare che l’assenza di un cambiamento in positivo nelle reti italiane potrebbe essere dovuto non alla incapacita’ professionale di Marziale, ma all’ impossibilita’ di fare qualcosa di concreto contro il mostro televisivo. I commenti e gli insulti a me diretti da alcuni difensori di Marziale mi ha infatti confermato come il basso livello di TV spazzatura possa piacere ai piu’. Il motivo per cui ho ancora scritto su Marziale in tempi piu’ recenti (Febbraio 2008), non e’ per accanimento, per odio o per invidia personale (e di che?), ma per la disullusione di vedere una persona che si dichiara in difesa dei bambini schierarsi con il partito di Silvio Berlusconi, i cui componenti non sono certamente un buon esempio. Stessa reazione sarebbe stata scatenata dallo schieramento di Antonio Marziale con altri partiti.

Questo aggiornamento viene scritto per dare una ulteriore e meno dileggiante spiegazione al mio motivo di criticare Antonio Marziale.

 

 

Dopo l’ ennesima fornicata fra minori spedita in internet, ancora nessuno che parli in modo responsabile del pericolo rete per “minori non accompagnati”. La colpa di questa incredibile “libidinosi” adolescenziale e’ da ricercare dei videofonini, secondo l’ Osservatorio sui diritti dei minori (!).
