.. giving “coward” the meaning of “easily feeling fear”. Finally a scientific proof about what could be already suspected: being conservative / republican / right winged is

1) genetic

2) associated with high sensitivity to dangerous situations.

In poor words: if you feel often “under attack” from what happens around you, you’re most probably republican.
