On the 8th of November 2008 we celebrated 6 years together. Where? In possibly one of the finest restaurant in Zurich: the brasserie LIPP. Atmosphere: nice art nouveau. Service: excellent and funny. Food: simply gorgeous.
We had Blanc cassis for aperitif. We went on with with a fine Sancerre «Moulin des Vrillères» white wine on the most beautiful plate of seafood we ever had: 2 fines de claires No1, 3 spéciales de claires No2 et No4, 4 papillons, 4 amandes , bigorneaux, bulots, 4 palourdes, 6 moules, 6 crevettes bouquet, crevettes grises, 1 tourteau.
I think next summer we will drive all the north and west French shores down to Bordeaux. a very good excuse to meet a good friend of mine and his family again
