I try to avoid easy conclusions as usual. However, I find interesting the similar stories coming from schools in Argentina and Russia. A colleague of mine has a nephew in Buenos Aires. My wife has a nephew in Moscow. These two young boys are around 11ish. Both of them are “beautiful kids”, at least for the girls of their classrooms. Girls who physically fight against girls to get the attention of the novel Adonis. Girls who touch “there” the body of the boys. Girls who slap and beat the boys when they don’t pay attention to the girls.
Is this normal? I don’t remember anything like this when I was at school. Where does this aggressiveness come from? Which models do these girls follow? How the boys react? Go back playing with Barbie, girlies.

I think it’s all a part of a changing world. You can’t have career driven women without putting the testosterone up and testosterone is an aggressive hormone. Mind you women always did fight over what they considered their men. Back in Victorian London there were female wrestling booths and the east end heaved with female thugs. When I worked in schools one girl broke a boys arm in a dispute involving his lunch box. She said he was selfish and would not share with her. Be careful boys, never go out with a girl you do not know and always tell your parents where you’re going.
Indeed the world is changing – I do not remember fighting girls when I was at school, but we talk about 20-30 years ago.
Additionally, from teenagers onwards, women nowadays are also targets of hormone pills: I would bet hormonal treatments are also contributing to the changes we observe – unless you tell me in Victorian London there was a majority of female thugs.
