Another wonderful Polyball ended. Walzer, Chachacha, Wiener Walzer and Rumba and Rock and Blues and everything what makes a night an unforgettable one. Thanks to Checco and Erica for sharing with us the most appealing dance event of Zurich … at least
Here are the first pictures ..out of the box!
And many thanks also to the Dolder Grand that gifted us with a 2 persons luxury brunch in the most beautiful Hotel Resort of Zurich: that was a very nice surprise out of the tombola event!
Swiss citizens are not against freedom of religion: Muslims have 200 places in the federation where they can freely pray.
Swiss citizens are not afraid of loud muezzins: they are already forbidden by law.
I believe Swiss citizens strongly identify themselves with the land they live in, with the landscape of the land they built. With the mountains they can admire everyday from their windows, with their lakes, with their fields, with their organized cities and of course with their church towers, being many Swiss citizens strong worshipers of God (just listen to their National anthem).
I think 57% of the Swiss citizens were asking themselves: why should I open tomorrow the window of my bedroom and have a minaret in sight? What has a minaret to do with my mountains, my lakes, my fields, my culture and my land? Nothing, absolutely nothing. So, why should I be glad of it?
And so, why should we be against the decision of 57% of the Swiss citizens?
No, niente rimpianti.

While everybody declares the benefits of the H1N1 vaccine, nobody, to my knowledge, knows the number of the victims due to the H1N1 vaccine. Possibly media know that people are not interested in this number, possibly the number is close to zero, possibly somebody pays the media to shut up.
My colleagues are fervent believers of the H1N1 vaccine. They clearly told me they would for sure give it to their children and they will get it as soon as it is available, thus to avoid high fevers and their side effects and to reduce the possibility that elderly people get sick.
When I told them: but what about that German guy who died soon after vaccination? What about the co adjuvant reactions, the Gulf syndrome, the squalene side effects? And what about the 30,000 Americans expected to have seriuos and lethal consequences after taking the vaccine? And what about the fact that FDA consider the vaccine successful when less than 3 on 10 get positive effects?
My colleagues reply me that people die, and by chance people die also after the vaccine. Sadly, we have no negative control to show the opposite. They also told me that there is no reason to not trust the vaccine, as governments are taking the responsibility for it (…)
Probably I am the only unfaithful together with Ewa Kopacz and some million Polish citizens.
So, does anybody know the number of deaths soon after H1N1 treatment? I think it should be good to know how many HEALTHY people are dying for the H1N1 vaccine. We should compare this number with the many SICK people dead for the complication of their sickness AND for H1N1. Why do SICK people dead after vaccination are considered dead because of their sickness, instead?

My dear friend,
I write you a letter which is meant to be to myself. I chose this trick as I never met before you somebody who could help me understanding myself so good.
Absolutely speaking we did not spend so much time together. Qualitatively thinking, it was among the best time in my life. I do not write about myself today. We know each other a little bit, even though we do not meet so often. Today I write you about the world around me, the world that actively shapes me and the world that I rarely accept. I do not write about the world that I influence, because this is the only part of the world I feel confident about, and that’s a huge bless already.
I write you because I do not understand a very important thing in this world, and I hope you will help me in understanding it. To make the story short, I suppose the world I know composed by two different kinds of people: the people sure about their ideas, the sure people, and the people in doubt. There is a third kind, and you belong to them: the people sure about their doubts. This level of wisdom I did not reach, yet, , as you will realize by reading along. Read the rest of this entry »
Background: the dictator Gaddafi invited 200 and more hostesses during his visit in Italy to teach I-do-not-know-what. As a gift, the girls got 60 euros, water and pizzas and a copy of the Holy Quran.
This picture is presumably taken after the lesson from Gaddafi finished. It is difficult to explain why I do find this picture one of the most shocking pictures I’ve ever seen. It is not the contrast between a holy book and girls dressed for a hot night in a disco: I am not Muslim and I am not conservative.
However, somehow, this picture represents something I do not understand, something going out of my logic. 1. Gaddafi. 2. The Holy Quran as a presence token after a meeting. 3. Girls dressed up to listen to a dictator giving lessons of religion.
…
This is not only baroque. This is not only grotesque. This is far away stronger than any Tarantino’s movie. This is PURE. HORROR. VACUI.
