Do Russians appreciate Vladimir Putin shows?

Many Italians appreciate Berlusconi’s miserable adventures. I am not among them. I believe being the President of a country and the chef of a catholic conservative party is not at all compatible with having sex with prostitutes, organizing “family days” to promote family values, defending the position of the Vatican in the Parliament, owning television channels and having a lot of influence on public channels and other media. Promoting prostitutes and television girls to the Italian and European Parliament should not be among the duties of a President. Although Berlusconi acts like just an old sad pimp (in Italy he was defined being only the “final user” – of the prostitute – by his lawyers …), people like me will have to wait for his natural departure before getting rid of him, as he gets elected “democratically”.

What about Putin? How do Russians think about Vladimir? He is famous (abroad) for shooting tigers (thus saving unfortunate cameramen), diving to the bottom of the Baikal Lake (he was luckier than the soldiers left to die in the North Sea) and showing his sculptured body in the nature. Do Russians appreciate his showing off?

Syberia and Syberia II: very amusing videogames!

I enjoyed a lot playing and finishing the two Syberia tales. I went through the first one very nicely. The double (!) channel jet radio and the very stupid pendulum clock in Syberia II obliged me to look for walk through in internet. Except this, wonderful atmospheres, audios,  and playability. Let’s hope for a Syberia III with Kate Walker again, even if Microids accuses Sony of too bad marketing strategies to develop the third chapter of this wonderful saga. And, yes, I could play them on my eeePC

When the wife goes on holiday …

… I become the dominus and factotum of our flat. Being factotum is not the exciting side of being at home alone: the dominus aspect is far more creative and gives many more satisfactions.

Think about a flat where a woman is the domina: exactly! It is full ’till the ceilings of objects that were meaningful (maybe, but now for sure not anymore) ages ago: souvenirs, pictures, Ikea special offers, expired shopping bonuses … things! Even if you previously never suffered of horror vacui, you got almost used to the open air markets (one each room) organized by your wife at home.

But, when she goes on holidays, you’ve some very good chances to put entropia out of the door again

Do you know what is the biggest fear for Silvio Berlusconi? Communists. At least this is what he says. Now that he is the prime minister for the third time, Silvio Berlusconi realized how good communism would be for his business, being himself the supreme head of the country.

Do you remember painting retouching during Stalin’s purges (top post picture)? Stalin eliminated all his collaborators to gain full power, but he had to retouch every time the proves of his old alliances.

Here below you can see Berlusconi plans are very similar.

Открытая тема для подростков времен дефолта – “Закрытые пространства”

Посмотрев фильм «Закрытые пространства», мне неудержимо захотелось в Москву.

В ту Москву, мою еще. Завеяло тинейджерством времен дефолта, почему-то вспомнились первый и единственный вечер в бесславном (или славном? кроме зеленой станции, пустырей, одеяла как панцирь-броня – ничего не запомнилось) городе Люберцы, бесплатная шаурма  на еще не открывшемся в пять утра рынке от деловых узбеко-таджиков там же. Какие же мы были голодные! И как было все равно, из чего это шаурма сделана. Главное, будущие днем продавцы ее тоже ели. Все до невозможности невинно и все под Высоцкого. Лицо любимой подруги и звонок ее отцу из одинокой открытой таксофонной будки на пустыре в Люберцах, где ветер вечно гонит мусор. Звонок – «а с нами все в порядке». Ответ – «ну хорошо, я сплю, пока». Вопрос – «а на фиг звонили?» А  мамы где-то отдыхали.

Рассказывали, люберецкий потом ушел в монастырь. Я назвала в его честь кота – Сеня.
Да. Фильм для тех, кто был подростком времен дефолта. Любимая подруга, наверняка, будет отрицать. У нее уже двое детей. Это плохой пример…
