Religion: a genetic trait giving believers a better fitness

Consider being-religious as a genetic quality equal to “passing along unverifiable information” which rose up at a certain point during evolution. Consider at that time a population made of peopleA (that have this gene) in contact with a population of peopleB (without the gene: the non-believers).

If religion is a genetic quality, it can give benefits or no benefits or being even negative to peopleA.

If an adaptation gives benefit to a population, this mean that peopleA (who passes unreal information) are more successful in reproduction than peopleB, who passes only real information. If not, the other way round.

Si e’ ormai dimenticato chi invase chi e chi si difese da chi, chi sacrifico’ 20 milioni di abitanti e chi intervenne alla fine del conflitto per motivi economici … ma dopo 60 anni sono quisquiglie passate, e la storia la scrivono i cineasti (di cui Montesano fa pure parte, un caso?).

Fascism raising up in Italy and Russia

Italy and Russia are sadly more similar than what you think. I don’t speak about beautiful women today, but about neo Nazi, fascism and xenophobia.

Of Russia, Putin government and webcams

I would like you to notice that the 2 webcams from Moscow on the right column of the blog, one on the Red Square and one in Pushkin Square, yestarday and today are both malfunctional. What did happen in Russia yesterday? Ah, of course, it was voting time! The other time Pushkin square webcam was malfunctional was….when Garry Kasparov demonstration was going on, helped by Moscow police… bah, it’s too easy to think something bad.
